摘  要:为了解决我国旧路升级改造问题,采用就地冷再生技术充分利用旧路材料及路面结构强度,并简化施工工序,可一次性实现对旧沥青路面的再生改造,是一项绿色节约的公路维修改造技术。根据黄河堤顶道路的路面实际情况确定就地冷再生基层路面结构方案,优化冷再生混合料配合比。通过无机结合料稳定土击实试验及7d无侧限抗压强度检测,研究不同水泥剂量下混合料的最大含水率、最大干密度及冷再生混合料的抗压强度。试验结果表明:7d无侧限抗压强度与水泥剂量成正比关系,当水泥剂量为6. 0%时,各项数据均有较为明显的提高,此时最佳含水率为9. 6%、最大干密度为1. 865g/cm3。提出了施工前后的控制点以保证施工的顺利进行及工程质量。In order to solve the problem faced in old road upgrading in our country,by In-situ cold regeneration technology,the old road material and pavement structure strength could be made full use of,which could simplify the construction procedure,and realize the regeneration and reconstruction of old asphalt pavement at the same time,so it ’s a green and economical highway maintenance and renovation technology. According to the actual conditions of the pavement on the top of the Yellow River embankment,in this paper,the structure scheme of the local cold recycled base pavement has been determined,and the mix ratio of the cold recycled mixture has been optimized. The maximum moisture content,maximum dry density and compressive strength of cold recycled mixture under different cement dosages have been studied by compaction tests of inorganic binder stabilized soil and unconfined compressive strength of 7 days. The results have shown that the unconfined compressive strength of 7 days is proportional to the cement dosage. When the cement dose is 6. 0%,the data are increased obviously. The optimum moisture content is 9. 6% and the maximum dry density is 1. 865 g/cm3. Several control points before and after constructions have been put forward to ensure the smooth construction and engineering quality.
