摘  要:淀粉是一种来源丰富的多羟基可再生天然高分子碳水化合物.探讨了小麦淀粉、糯米淀粉、木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉等理化性质.综合考虑以糯米淀粉为主要原料,通过单因素实验,以改性后糯粉胶粘剂的粘度为指标,得到最佳工艺条件:PVA用量为淀粉质量的40%,反应时间为90 min,反应温度60℃,引发剂用量为淀粉质量的4%.本实验所用原料便宜易得,该制备方法简单,所得PVA接枝改性胶粘剂生产成本低,粘度大,耐水性好,久置不变质等优点.Starch is a kind of polyhydroxy-renewable natural macromolecular carbohydrate with rich source. The physical and chemical properties of wheat starch,glutinous rice starch,tapioca starch and corn starch were investigated.Considering glutinous rice starch as the main raw material,through the single factor experiment,the viscosity was used as indicators. Based on starch,the best process conditions were obtained using 40% PVA,90 min reaction time,60 ℃reaction temperature,and 4% initiator. The raw materials used in this experiment are easy to obtain and the preparation method is simple. The polyvinyl alcohol grafted starch adhesive prepared by this method has the advantages of low production costs,strong viscosity,good water resistance and long-lasting.
