摘  要:现有矿山废石仓发货业务,存在运输车辆难固定,一车多客户交叉运输等问题,从计划、发货到计量需要人工全程跟踪。在分析当前人工业务模型基础上,通过设计新的废石仓无人发货业务模型,在发货控制、计量等环节应用信息技术,进行研发与验证。新设计的废石仓多用户无人发货模型,改进了作业流程,发货操作智能高效,提高了效率与精度,提升了管理水平。There are some problems in the existing shipment business of waste rock warehouse in mines,such as the difficulty in fixing transportation vehicles and the cross-transportation of one vehicle and multiple customers.Based on the analysis of the current manual business model,a new unmanned shipment business model of waste rock warehouse is designed,and information technology is applied in the shipment control,measurement and other links to carry out research and verification.The new design of multi-user unmanned shipment model of waste rock warehouse improves the operation process,intelligent and efficient shipment operation,improves efficiency and accuracy,and improves the management level.
