摘　　要：该研究总结泌尿外科50例重度肾损伤患者院内检查转运的情况,分析其中的安全隐患,提出风险管理对策。重度肾损伤患者转运途中的安全隐患较多,针对隐患采取及时有效的护理对策,对重度肾损伤患者实施标准化院内转运,制定切实可行的标准化院内转运制度,提高重度肾损伤患者院内转运的安全性。To summarize the situation of in-hospital examination and transfer of 50 patients with severe renal injury in urology, analyze the safety hazards and propose risk management strategies. Patients with severe renal impairment have more safety risks during transit, take timely and effective nursing measures for hidden dangers, implement standardized inhospital transport for patients with severe renal impairment, and develop a practical standardized in-hospital transshipment system to improve the safety of in-hospital transport in patients with severe renal injury.
