摘 要:为解决目前市场上的座椅产品缺少对久坐过程中用户姿态变化的关注,不能有效减缓久坐疲劳、纠正坐姿的现状。通过进行人机分析以及肌电实验探究了常见的静坐姿势与进行坐姿矫正的动态坐姿在久坐过程腰部肌肉活动水平的变化,并根据实验结果进行了座椅产品创新设计。实验证明,动态矫正不良坐姿的座椅设计策略能够有效缓解久坐疲劳纠正不良坐姿,根据该策略进行的座椅设计能够避免前倾坐姿出现同时减少久坐对腰部肌肉活动水平的影响,从而纠正了不良坐姿,减缓了久坐疲劳程度。Objective current market seat products Lack of attention to the changes in user posture during the sedentary,can not effectively relieve sedentary fatigue and correct sitting posture.Method By changing the man-machine analysis and experimental exploration of the EMG dynamic sitting meditation posture and are common in the process of sitting posture correction waist muscle activity level,Result The seat and product innovation design based on the experimental results,.Experiments show that the seat design strategy of dynamic correction of bad sitting posture can effectively alleviate sedentary fatigue and correct bad sitting posture.Conclusion The seat design based on this strategy can avoid the occurrence of forward sitting posture and reduce the influence of sedentary on waist muscle activity level,thus correcting bad sitting posture and slowing down the degree of sedentary fatigue.
