摘  要:为探究膨胀型防火涂料使用中的老化问题,利用紫外老化试验装置和室外自然暴露方法研究了PMS室外膨胀型钢结构防火涂料受紫外线作用及自然暴露后颜色、粘结强度、耐火极限及其测试后炭层膨胀倍率的变化规律。结果表明,紫外线使PMS防火涂料涂层的色差变化呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,粘结强度随紫外线照射时间延长而降低、耐火极限下降; PMS防火涂料自然暴露后防火性能显著下降,经500 d自然老化后的折算耐火性能平均下降了67. 1%。人工加速老化与自然暴露老化涂层耐火性能具有相关性,人工加速老化速率是自然老化的13. 5倍。根据自然暴露老化试验和人工加速老化试验数据拟合的数学模型预测了PMS防火涂料涂层的使用寿命。In order to explore the aging problem of intumescent fire retardant coatings,ultraviolet aging test equipment and outdoor natural exposure method were used to study the change of color,bonding strength,fire resistance limit and expansion ratio of carbon layer of PMS exterior intumescent fire retardant coatings under ultraviolet radiation and natural exposure. The results show that the color aberration of PMS fire retardant coatings increases first and decreases later under ultraviolet radiation. The longer the ultraviolet radiation,the weaker bonding strength and fire resistance limit. The fire resistance of PMS fire retardant coating decreases significantly after natural exposure,and the converted fire resistance decreases by 67. 1% after 500 days of natural aging. Artificial accelerated aging is related to natural exposure aging in the fire resistance of coatings: the rate of artificially accelerated aging is 13. 5 times that of natural aging. The service life of PMS fire retardant coatings can be predicted according to the mathematical model fitted by natural exposure aging test and artificial accelerated aging test data.
