浅谈柳市镇电动自行车集中充电中心建设方案

摘　　要：当前,电动自行车因其经济、便捷、环保等特点,成为近距离代步的重要交通工具,然而电动自行车的普及也带来了令人担忧的安全隐患问题。结合柳市镇电动自行车集中充电中心建设现状,针对建设方案,分析存在问题,并提出实现布点全覆盖、确保长效管理、做好建设经费和政策保障、强化消防宣传教育等工作思路和建议,保证电动自行车集中充电中心建设的安全可靠。Due to their economy,convenience and environmental protection,electric bicycles have become an important means of transportation for short distances. However,the popularity of electric bicycles has also brought about various security risks. Combined with the current situation of the construction of concentrated charging piles for electric bicycles in Liushi town,this paper sums up the existing problems for the construction plan,and proposes some ideas and suggestions,including realizing full coverage of the distribution points,ensuring long-term management and construction of funds,formulating policies,and strengthening fire prevention publicity and education,so as to make sure the construction of concentrated charging piles centers for electric bicycles is safe and reliable.
