调肝理脾方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的运用随机对照法对调肝理脾方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床应用效果进行分析。方法选取2016年6月—2018年6月该院收治90例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者,将患者随机分组给药,对照组45例给予奥替溴铵片治疗,观察组45例给予调肝理脾方治疗。对两组患者腹痛程度、腹泻频率、Bristol评分及IBS-QOL评分情况进行观察记录并加以分析。结果治疗前两组患者相关指标均无差异性存在;治疗后相关指标较治疗前均得到显著改善,且疗程结束时观察组患者腹痛程度(2.14±1.08)明显低于对照组(3.39±1.82)、腹泻频率(1.54±0.53)次/d明显低于对照组(2.69±0.47)次/d、Bristol评分(1.14±1.28)分,较对照组(2.29±1.42)分,明显降低、IBS-QOL评分(97.48±5.49)分明显高于对照组(86.31±8.43)分(t=6.314、t=2.132、t=2.365、t=2.086,P<0.05)。随访期间,两组患者诸上指标较疗程结束时均无显著差异性,且观察组结果仍持续优于对照组。结论调肝理脾方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效显著,且疗效稳定、持续性强,值得深入研究与广泛应用。Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of tiaogan lipi fang in treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods 90 cases of patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each,the control group were treated with otilonium bromide tablets,while the observation group were treated with tiaogan lipi fang,and the diarrhea degree,frequency,Bristol score and IBS-QOL score were observed and recorded.Results Before treatment,there were no differences in the related indicators between the two groups,after treatment,the related indicators were obviously improved,and the diarrhea degree in the observation group at the end of treatment course was obviously lower than that in the control group[(2.14±1.08)points vs(3.39±1.82)points],and the diarrhea frequency was obviously lower than that in the control group[(1.54±0.53)times/d vs(2.69±0.47)times/d],and the Bristol score obviously decreased compared with that in the control group[(1.14±1.28)points vs(2.29±1.42)points],the IBS-QOL score was obviously higher than that in the control group[(97.48±5.49)points vs(86.31±8.43)points,(t=6.314、t=2.132、t=2.365、t=2.086,P<0.05)],during the follow-up,there were no obvious differences in the above indicators at the end of treatment course,and the results in the observation group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of tiaogan lipi fang in treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome is obvious,with steady curative effect and strong duration,and it is worth deep study and wide application.
