益母草软胶囊与普林格尔治疗仪对比对产后子宫复旧的临床作用评价

摘　　要：目的研究并分析益母草软胶囊与普林格尔治疗仪对比对产后子宫复旧的临床作用。方法选取2017年4月—12月在该院进行分娩后42～45 d发生产后恶露不尽的120患者作为研究对象,采用完全随机方式将患者分为对照组和实验组,各60例。对照组患者实行益母草软胶囊治疗,实验组患者实行普林格尔治疗仪治疗,对比两组患者治疗有效率和下腹疼痛、腰骶部疼痛、神疲乏力情况。结果治疗后,实验组患者下腹疼痛、腰骶部疼痛、神疲乏力情况明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗有效率为98.3%明显高于对照组患者治疗总有效率88.3%(χ~2=4.812 4,P=0.028 1)。结论普林格尔治疗仪对比对产后子宫复旧的临床效果相比益母草软胶囊更为优良,值得大力推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of motherwort soft capsule and pryngall therapeutic apparatus in the post partum involution of uterus.Methods 120 cases of patients with persistent lochia after delivery in 42~45 d in our hospital from April to December 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each,the control group were treated with motherwort soft capsule,while the experimental group were treated with pryngall therapeutic apparatus,and the treatment effective rate,hypogastric pain,lumbosacral pain,and mental exhaustion were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the hypogastric pain,lumbosacral pain,and mental exhaustion in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment effective rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group(98.3%vs 88.3%)(χ^2=4.812 4,P=0.028 1).Conclusion The clinical effect of pryngall therapeutic apparatus in the post partum involution of uterus is better than that of motherwort soft capsule,which is worth great promotion.
