摘 要:针对我国环境监测使用称重法对固体颗粒物浓度的测量标准,设计和实现了一套能自动取膜、称膜、更换滤膜的烟尘称量装置。重点对称重装置的机械结构进行设计。利用STM32F103VET6作为主控芯片,HMI人机交互界面,传感器等并且搭建了μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统,控制完成全部流程。实现了在线监测无人值守,对传统的称重法测量烟尘具有重要意义。According to the measurement standards of the concentration of solid particles by weighing method for environmental monitoring in China,a set of soot weighing equipment was designed and realized which can automatically take film,weigh film and replace filter film.The design of the mechanical structure of weighing device was emphasized.STM32F103VET6 was used as the main control chip.HMI human-computer interface and sensors were used to build μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system to control to complete the whole process.On-line monitoring unattended was realized.It is very important to measure smoke and dust by weighing method.
