金乌贼苗种繁育及土池养殖技术

摘　　要：利用收集的3只雌性和6只雄性野生金乌贼亲体,在室内育苗车间模拟海州湾自然生态环境,对野生金乌贼亲体进行室内水泥池驯养、交配、产卵和孵化,共繁育出3 800只幼乌;经过40d的幼体培育,成活3 400只幼乌;挑选2 500只幼乌放入土池进行养殖试验,养殖周期3个月,金乌贼土池养殖成活率60%.金乌贼亲体驯养饵料首选鲜活虾蟹类,小杂鱼次之,日投饵率为1%～3%;幼乌室内培育饵料首选糠虾,继之虾蟹类幼体,并逐步驯化摄食冰鲜饵料,日投饵率为5%～15%;金乌贼土池养殖饵料主要为脊尾白虾和凡纳滨对虾,其次为小杂蟹.3 female and 6 male wild golden squid stocks were used in the experiment,which were domesticated to induce mating,spawning and hatching in the indoor breeding workshop by imitating the natural ecological environment of the Haizhou bay and a total of 3 800 juvenile golden squids were bred.3 400 juveniles survived through 40 dlarval aquculture.Then,2 500 juveniles were selected to conduct the aquaculture experiment in ponds and the survival rate was about60% during three months of experimental period.The first choice of diets for wild golden squid stocks were fresh shrimps and crabs,the second was small fish,the feeding rate was 1%—3%.The first choice for juveniles was the zooplankton,followed by the shrimp and crab juveniles,and gradually domesticated to the ice bait,the feeding rate was 5%—15%.The diets of the squid aquacultue pond were mainly ridge tail white shrimp and Penaeus vannamei,then small crabs.
