摘 要:总结汽车起重机吊臂有限元分析的重要意义,以某企业QY80汽车起重机吊臂为研究对象,介绍了伸缩式吊臂的结构设计特点。应用ANSYS Workbench对吊臂结构的全伸臂工况进行了有限元分析,结果显示其刚性较差、材料利用率低,可根据应力、位移分布情况进行结构优化。其中详细介绍了前处理的方法和注意事项,为同类结构的有限元分析提供了一定的参考。The significance of finite element analysis on the crane boom is summarized in this paper,and the structural design features of telescopic boom are introduced by taking the QY80 truck crane boom of a certain enterprise as the research object.The finite element analysis of the full-arm working condition of the boom structure is carried out by using the ANSYS Workbench. The results show that the rigidity is poor and the material utilization rate is low. The structure can be optimized according to the stress and displacement distribution. The method and precautions of pre-processing are introduced in detail,which would provide some reference for the finite element analysis of the similar structures.
