摘　　要：通过电石锅的生产过程中出现的铸造缺陷统计,阐述了生产厚大球墨铸铁件过程中出现的缺陷原因,并通过分析做出相应的控制措施,有效的解决了出现的铸造缺陷,为今后生产类似产品提供一些解决方案。In this article,based on the statistics of casting defects in the production process of calcium carbide pot,reasons for the defects in production of heavy ductile iron castings are expounded,and the corresponding control measures are put forward through the analysis,so as to effectively resolve the problem of casting defects. Thus it provides some solutions for the future production of the similar products.
