摘　　要：SF_6是一种优良的绝缘以及灭弧介质,广泛被应用在柜式气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备中。但其是温室效应气体,而且在灭弧时会产生有毒气体,因此需要开发和使用环保型气体作为SF_6的替代气体。在中压开关柜领域,采用真空开断技术和使用环保型气体绝缘的技术日趋成熟。本文分别对N_2、CO_2、干燥空气等替代气体进行对比分析,结果表明N_2和干燥空气可以作为绝缘介质应用在12kV中压领域的环保型充气柜中。同时,本文还对环保型充气柜的隔离断口距离和对地距离的进行设计确定,并确定如何提高气隙中的击穿电压。SF6 is a kind of excellent insulation and arc extinguishing medium.It is widely used in cabinet type gas insulated metal closed switchgear.But it is a greenhouse effect gas,and it will produce poisonous gas in arc extinguishing.It is necessary to develop and use environment-friendly gas as an alternative gas for SF6.In the field of medium voltage switchgear,vacuum interruption technology and environment-friendly gas insulation technology have been mature.In this paper,N2,CO2,dry air and other alternative gases are compared.The results show that N2 and dry air can be used as insulation medium in the medium pressure field 12kV environment friendly inflatable cabinet.At the same time,it introduces the isolation fracture distance of the environmental protection inflatable cabinet,and how to improve the breakdown voltage in the air gap.
