摘　　要：目的建立液相色谱法测定筋骨草胶囊特征图谱鉴别的方法,完善筋骨草胶囊质量标准。方法采用Kromasil 100-5C18(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:乙腈为流动相A,0. 4%磷酸溶液为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱,检测波长:350 nm,流速:1 m L/min,柱温30℃。结果在供试品特征图谱中选定的3个特征峰中,与木犀草素参照物峰1(S),计算出的峰2、3与S峰的相对保留时间为:1. 218 (峰2)、1. 794 (峰3)。结论本法专属性强,结果准确,操作方便,可作为本品的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a method for the identification of the fingerprint characteristics of Jingucao capsule by HPLC to improve the quality standard.Methods The procedure was performed on the Kromasil 100-5C 18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column,at 30℃,detection at 350nm,with acetonitrile as mobile phase A,0.4%phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase B,gradient elution,flow rate:1 mL·min^-1.Results Among the selected characteristic peaks,the relative retention times of peaks 2,3 and S peaks were 1.218(peak 2)and 1.794(peak 3)in the selected 3 characteristic peaks of luteolin reference 1(S).Conclusion This method is specific,accurate and convenient to operate.It can be used as a quality control method for this product.
