摘　　要：当前,伴随着心脏外科技术的深入发展,以及人们生活水平的逐步提高,有越来越多的患有合并脑梗死的患者进行了心脏搭桥手术,然而,在手术之后有相当一部分患者存在着高危的并发症的风险和隐患,例如,患者中有很多出现了肾功能不全的情况,还有一些患者出现颈动脉狭窄和糖尿病的症状等。经过相关的研究和临床实践结果显示,接受心脏搭桥术的患者中有很大一部分是高龄的患者,他们的年龄大于75岁的比例占据了26.6%,患者术前合并脑梗死问题的年龄阶段,非高龄患者只有11.8%,从医学的角度来讲,严重的合并症特别是陈旧性脑梗死,对于患者在手术之后的恢复情况和后续的生活质量都会造成十分重大的破坏性影响。所以,对其进行科学合理的有针对性护理,是十分重要而且必要的。本文主要针对合并脑梗死患者心脏搭桥术后护理等相应的情况进行有针对性的分析和研究。Nowadays,with the develoPment of cardiac surgery technology,as well as the gradual imProvement of PeoPle's living standard,more and more Patients suffering from cerebral infarction with a heart byPass surgery,however,a considerable Part of the Patients with high risk of comPlications after the oPeration risk and risks,for examPle,with a lot of the renal insufficiency,and some Patients with carotid artery stenosis and the symPtoms of diabetes.After the related research and clinical Practice showed that Patients undergoing heart byPass is a large Portion of the elderly Patients,their age more than 75 years the ProPortion accounted for 26.6%,age of Patients with cerebral infarction of non elderly Patients,only 11.8%,from a medical Point of view,serious comPlications esPecially the old Patients after surgery for cerebral infarction,recovery and subsequent quality of life will cause great destructive effect.Therefore,it is very imPortant and necessary to carry out scientific and reasonable nursing care.This article is mainly aimed at the Pertinent analysis and study of the nursing of Patients with cerebral infarction after the heart byPass surgery.
