摘 要:目的观察分析缩宫素联合欣母沛防治高危产妇剖宫产术后出血的临床疗效。方法选取该院2017年4月—2018年4月收治的115例有潜在剖宫产后出血因素的高危产妇作为该次观察分析的研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组55例,研究组60例,其中对照组采用缩宫素进行肌肉注射,研究组采用缩宫素联合欣母沛应用,观察比较两组产妇在产后2 h和24 h后的出血量情况及不良反应发生情况。结果两组产妇在进行剖宫产后,研究组产妇在产后2 h的出血量和产后24 h的出血量均少于对照组,产后出血的发生率为15.00%,与对照组38.18%相比,明显更低(χ~2=5.647,P<0.05);研究组的不良反应发生率为8.33%,与对照组10.91%相比更低,但组间差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.536,P>0.05)。结论采用缩宫素联合欣母沛防治高危产妇剖宫产术后出血具有显著的临床应用疗效,有助于减少产妇的产后出血量,安全性高,但由于与欣母沛联合应用仍存在不良反应的问题。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of oxytocin combined with Xinmupei in the prevention and treatment of postoperative cesarean section bleeding in high-risk women. Methods A total of 115 high-risk women with potential cesarean section bleeding from April 2017 to April 2018 in the hospital were selected as the subjects of this observation and analysis. They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, and the control group was 55 cases. 60 patients in the study group were treated with oxytocin for intramuscular injection. The study group was treated with oxytocin combined with Xinmupei. The bleeding volume and adverse reactions occurred in the two groups after 2h and 24h postpartum. Results After the cesarean section was performed in the two groups, the amount of bleeding at 2 hours postpartum and the amount of bleeding at 24 hours after birth were lower in the study group than in the control group. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was 15.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (38.18%)(χ^2=5.647, P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.33%, which was lower than that in the control group of 10.91%, but the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(χ^2=0.536, P>0.05). Conclusion The use of oxytocin combined with Xinmupei in the prevention and treatment of high-risk maternal cesarean section bleeding has significant clinical application effect, which can help reduce the postpartum hemorrhage of the mother, and has high safety. However, due to the combination with Xinmupei, there are still some defects of adverse reaction.
