皮肤康洗液联合复方克霉唑乳膏用于失禁性皮炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨皮肤康洗液联合复方克霉唑乳膏用于失禁性皮炎的护理效果。方法选择2015年4月-2016年7月在重症医学中心住院患者中出现大小便失禁引起会阴部及肛周失禁性皮炎的80例患者,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规加3M液体敷料护理,观察组采用皮肤康洗液联合复方克霉唑乳膏予以护理干预。观察两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组,皮炎愈合时间短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论皮肤康洗液联合复方克霉唑乳膏用于失禁性皮炎效果确切,有助于加快皮炎愈合时间,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of skin lotion combined with Compound Clotrimazole Cream in the care of incontinence dermatitis. Methods select 2014 hospitalized in intensive care medicine center April July 2015 patients in size incontinence caused by genital and anal incontinence dermatitis of 80 patients with random number table method, the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine and 3 M liquid dressing, and the observation group was treated with skin lotion combined with Compound Clotrimazole Cream. To observe the clinical effect of the two groups. Results the treatment effect in the observation group than the control group, healing time is shorter than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion pifukang combined with Compound Clotrimazole Cream for incontinence dermatitis effect, help to speed up the healing time, improve the clinical treatment effect.
