摘　　要：当今临床,多采用进食行为评估量表及爱丁堡痴呆进食评估量表评估老年痴呆患者进食困难情况。分别从强化进食记忆、选择合适食物及改善就餐环境等方面实施护理干预。本文就老年痴呆患者进食困难的评估和护理干预进展作一综述。Nowadays,eating ability assessment scale,eating behavior assessment scale and Edinburgh dementia eating assessment scale are used to evaluate the eating difficulty of Alzheimer's disease.Nursing intervention was implemented from the following aspects:strengthening eating memory,helping independent eating,choosing the right food and improving the eating environment.This article reviews the progress in the evaluation and nursing intervention of Alzheimer's patients with eating difficulties.
