PDCA循环管理法在放射科护理质量持续改进中临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析PDCA循环管理法在放射科护理质量持续改进中的应用价值。方法随机选取我院放射科执行PDCA循环管理前、后各500名患者,执行前检查患者作为对照组,执行后检查患者作为观察组,分析比较两组患者不良事件发生率及满意度差异。结果观察组患者的不良事件发生率为2.4%,对照组患者的不良事件发生率为10.2%,两组不良事件发生率相比具有明显差异(P<0.05)。同时观察组患者满意度为90.6%亦明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理法能够降低护理不良事件发生率,提高患者满意度,在放射科护理质量管理方面具有重要推广价值。Objective Analyze the application value of PDCA cycle management method in the continuous improvement of radiology care quality. Methods The patients in our hospital were randomly selected to perform 500 patients before and after PDCA management. Before the implementation, the patients were examined as the control group, and the patients were examined as the observation group. The incidence of adverse events and satisfaction between the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.4%, the incidence of adverse events in the control group was 10.2%, and the incidence of adverse events in the two groups was significantly different (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 90.6%, which was also significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA cycle management method can reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve patient satisfaction, and has important promotion value in radiology care quality management.
