护理风险管理在冠心病患者延续护理的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险管理应用于冠心病患者延续护理中的效果。方法选取本院2017年1月到2017年12月期间收治的心血管病科冠心病患者90例,并且随机分为对照组和观察组,每组患者各45例。其中,对照组采取常规的护理方法。观察组在采用常规护理基础上,进行护理风险管理,包括对患者及家属的药物护理、症状的识别、急救的培训、定期的健康教育培训。比较对照组和观察组患者出院后6个月、1年的护理满意度和患者再入院率。结果观察组患者护理的满意度明显高于对照组,患者的再入院率远远低于对照组,差异性存在统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论在冠心病患者延续护理中实施护理风险管理,不但可以大大提高患者对护理质量的满意度,还能够降低患者的再入院率。Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management in continuous nursing of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Ninety patients with coronary heart disease from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 in each group. Among them, the control group adopted routine nursing methods. On the basis of routine nursing, the observation group carried out nursing risk management, including drug care for patients and their families, symptoms identification, first aid training, regular health education training. The nursing satisfaction and readmission rate of patients in control group and observation group were compared 6 months and 1 year after discharge. Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The re-admission rate of patients in the observation group was much lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.01). Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management in continuous nursing of patients with coronary heart disease can not only greatly improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing quality, but also reduce the readmission rate of patients.
