细节管理用于神经内科护理管理中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨细节管理在神经内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年11月～2018年5月在我院神经内科收治的患者82例作为研究对象,根据护理方式的差异将其随机分为两组,对照组采取常规护理管理模式,观察组采取细节护理管理模式,对观察组护理人员采用细节管理模式实施前后考核评分进行比较,同时对两组患者的护理质量、满意度及风险事件发生率进行统计分析。结果结果显示,细节管理实施后健康教育、基础护理、急救技术等各项考核指标明显高于实施前,实施前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组采用细节管理护理措施护理质量、满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节管理用于神经内科护理管理中能够提高护理人员的综合素质,提高护理质量。Objective Objective to explore the application effect of detail management in nursing management of neurology department.Methods 82 patients in neurology department of our hospital from November 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to the difference of nursing methods. The control group was given routine nursing management mode, the observation group was given detailed nursing management mode, and the observation group was given detailed nursing management mode. The scores were compared, and the nursing quality, satisfaction and the incidence of risk events were statistically analyzed.Results The results showed that the health education, basic nursing, first aid technology and other assessment indicators after the implementation of detail management were significantly higher than before the implementation, and the differences before and after the implementation were comparable(P<0.05).The nursing quality and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group by using detail management nursing measures, and the difference was comparable(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detail management in nursing management of neurology department can improve the comprehensive quality of nurses and improve the quality of nursing.
