摘　　要："十二五"是新疆生产建设兵团农业经济快速发展之期,为兵团经济社会发展做出了基础性贡献。"十三五"是新疆生产建设兵团生态农业大发展大提升大作为的重要机遇期,要达到2018年全面实现农业现代化、2020年成为全国现代农业排头兵的总目标,就必须要认清发展形势,不断改革创新,重点完善高标准农田建设工程、农业机械化推进工程、农业信息化优化工程、生态农业建设与生态环境保护工程等若干项重大农业工程。“12^th Five-Year”was the five year of the rapid development of agricultural economy in Xinjiang Corps,which had made a fundamental contribution to the economic and social development of the Corps. The“13th Five-Year”period is an important opportunity for the great promotion of the great development of ecological agriculture of the Corps. To achieve the goal of the overall realization of agricultural modernization in 2018 and in 2020 to become the pacesetter of the national modern agriculture,we must recognize the development situation,continue to reform and innovate,and focus on the good and high standard farmland construction projects,agricultural machinery,the optimization of agricultural information, the construction of ecological agriculture and the protection of the ecological environment.
