摘　　要：目的调查综合性医院住院成人患者医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤现状,并分析影响因素,为预防和管理医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤提供依据。方法采用整群抽样法,调查义乌市某三级乙等综合性医院住院成人患者的医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤发生情况,并采用Logistic回归分析影响因素。结果住院患者医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤发生率为7.3%(43/592)。Logistic回归分析显示,医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤发生的主要影响因素是医用粘胶剂使用频次高、有食物过敏史和血清白蛋白低。结论综合性医院住院成人患者医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤发生率较高,由多种因素引起。Objective To investigate the present situation on medical adhesive-related skin injury for adult inpatients in general hospitals and its influencing factors to provide reference for prevention and management on medical adhesive-related skin injury.Method Investigate the present situation on medical adhesive-related skin injury for adult inpatients in a third grade class B general hospital.Analyze the influencing factors by Logistic regression analysis.Result Incidence of medical adhesive-related skin injury for inpatients is 7.3%(43/592).Logistic regression analysis shows that the main influencing factors of medical adhesive-related skin injury are high use frequency,history of food allergies and low serum albumin.Conclusion There is a high incidence of medical adhesive-related skin injury for adult inpatients in general hospitals,which is influenced by many factors.
