锁定钢板内固定术治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨锁定钢板内固定术治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折的效果。方法选取2014年1月至2017年12月我院收治的88例股骨近端粉碎性骨折患者作为研究对象,按照入院时间顺序分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组实施DHS内固定治疗,观察组行锁定钢板内固定治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者ADL评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Harris评分优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在股骨近端粉碎性骨折患者治疗中,锁定钢板内固定有利于纠正骨折状态,促进患者快速恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of proximal femoral comminuted fracture.Methods Eighty-eight patients with proximal femoral comminuted fractures admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission, with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with DHS internal fixation.The observation group was treated with locking plate internal fixation.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of daily living ability between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of daily living ability of the two groups increased, and that of the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);the excellent and good rate of Harris score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of proximal comminuted femoral fractures, locking plate internal fixation is beneficial to correct fracture status and promote rapid recovery of patients.
