摘　　要：目的分析围产期综合护理对产妇产程、自主排尿率及产后出血率的影响。方法将200例产妇根据随机信封法分为对照组(n=100,常规护理)和观察组(n=100,围产期综合护理)。比较两组产妇生产过程持续时间、护理满意度、自主排尿率、产后出血率、自然分娩率。结果观察组第一、二、三及总产程持续时间短于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自主排尿率、自然分娩率均高于对照组,产后出血率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围产期综合护理应用于产妇分娩过程中,可缩短第一、二、三及总产程持续时间,提高产妇护理满意度及自主排尿率,降低产后出血率,提高自然分娩率,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of perinatal comprehensive nursing on the duration of puerperal production, the rates of autonomous urination and postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 200 parturients were divided into control group (n=100, routine nursing) and observation group (n=100, perinatal comprehensive nursing) according to random envelope method.The duration of puerperal production, nursing satisfaction, the rates of autonomous urination, postpartum hemorrhage and natural delivery were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of the first, second, third and total labor production processes in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the score of nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rates of autonomous urination and natural delivery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of perinatal comprehensive nursing in the delivery process of parturient can shorten the duration of the first, second, third and total labor production processes, improve nursing satisfaction and autonomous urination rate, decrecsse the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and improve the rate of natural delivery.It has high clinical application value and is worth promoting.
