医疗机构制剂管理现状研究及对策分析

摘　　要：目的调研和分析医疗机构制剂管理现状,并探究有效的改进对策。方法选择2017年1月至2017年12月我市10家医疗机构作为研究对象,采用实地走访和问卷调研的方式了解这些医疗机构制剂人员配置、原辅料控制、制剂检测仪器与检测工作适应情况,并依据现状探究相应的改进对策。结果 10家医疗机构制剂室和药检室中制药专业毕业、药检专业毕业的制剂人员及药检人员分别占61.7%、54.1%,且制剂室和药检室获得主管药师资格的人员仅占54.1%;医疗机构对制剂原辅料控制管理以部分检验为主,从而导致生产原辅料保障不足;在质量检测设备配备方面,5家医疗机构反馈检验仪器适应检测工作,3家医疗机构反馈基本适应,2家医疗机构反馈仪器配备难以适应目前检验工作。结论我市医疗机构制剂整体管理现状不容乐观,各医疗机构需积极探寻有效的改进对策,才能提升制剂生产和管理质量。Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo of preparations management in medical institutions, and to explore effective countermeasures.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017, 10 medical institutions in our city were selected as research objects.Field visits and questionnaire surveys were used to understand the preparation personnel, control of raw materials and accessories, the adaptability of preparation testing instruments and testing work of these medical institutions, and the corresponding improvement measures was explored based on the status quo.Results In the preparation staff of the preparation room and the drug inspection room of 10 medical institutions, pharmaceutical graduates and drug testing graduates accounted for 61.7% and 54.1% respectively, and the staff of qualified pharmacists in the preparation room and the drug inspection room accounted for only 54.1%;the control and management of the preparation of raw materials and accessories in medical institutions mainly were part of the inspection, resulting in insufficient protection of raw materials and accessories production;for the quality testing equipment, the 5 medical institutions responded testing equipment can adapt to the testing work, 3 medical institutions responded testing equipment can basically adapt to the testing work, and 2 medical institutions responded testing equipment were difficult to adapt to the testing work.Conclusion The overall management status of the pharmaceutical preparations in the medical institutions in our city is not ideal.Each medical institutions needs to actively explore effective improvement measures in order to improve the quality of preparations and management.
