摘  要:[目的]调查了解广西健康体检人群检后服务需求情况,为完善检后服务体系提供参考。[方法]随机抽取2015年11月的健康体检人群3318名进行面对面问卷调查,并对调查数据进行描述性统计分析。[结果]39.3%的人希望接收电子版报告; 84.7%的人认为有必要开设绿色就医通道; 65.0%的人优先选择电话随访,50%以上的人希望随访频次为1次/季度;饮食指导、运动指导、专病防治、用药指导等备受欢迎,其中体检中心公众号、健康手册及健康讲座等渠道选择率依次为55.7%、42.4%、36.1%;高血压、糖尿病、高血脂等慢性病防治知识的期待值分别为77.9%、49%、44.7%;课堂授课、网络授课、接收短信等渠道选择率为69.8%、40.2%、51.2%,其中50%以上的人希望获取知识的频次不少于1次/季度。[结论]健康体检人群检后服务需求不断扩大,广西检后服务体系有待完善。Objective To learn follow-up service demand for health examinations people in Guangxi so as to provide reference for perfecting follow-up service system.Methods Randomly selected 3318 health examinations people to conduct face to face questionnaire Nov.2015,which used descriptive statistical analysis to investigation data.Results:In respondents,39.3% would like to receive electronic version report,84.7% believed that it was necessary to open a green channel for medical treatment,and 65.0% preferred telephone follow-up,more than 50%wanted that the follow-up frequency was 1 time/quarter.Dietary,exercise guidance,special disease prevention,medication guidance were enjoy great popularity.The selectance of medical center public number,health manuals and health lecture in turn was 55.7%,42.4%and 36.1%.Expectation value of chronic disease prevention and treatment knowledge like hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and so on was 77.9%,49%and 44.7%respectively.The selectance of classroom teaching,network teaching,SMS and so on was 69.8%,40.2% and 51.2% respectively.More than 50% of them wanted to get knowledge frequency that it was not less than 1 time/quarter.Conclusions The follow-up service demand for health examinations people continuously extend,and the system need to be perfected.
