摘  要:以凹凸棒石黏土(简称凹土)为原料,采用溶解-混合法制备复合干燥剂。采用X线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和N_2吸附-脱附仪对复合干燥剂进行表征。通过静态称重法测试复合干燥剂在不同相对湿度(RH)下的吸湿性能和再生性能,并与其他常见干燥剂进行对比。结果表明:制备复合干燥剂只是一个简单的物理混合过程,没有产生新的物质。静态吸湿时,复合干燥剂在低湿(RH=11%)下吸湿率为16. 10%,高湿(RH=75%)下吸湿率为46. 77%;动态吸湿时平衡吸附量达到0. 31 g/g。凹土不同温度下的脱附能力均优于其他干燥剂,可以实现低温再生,并且再次吸湿时吸湿率依旧良好。The composite desiccant with attapulgite clay as the key ingredient was prepared by the dissolution-mixing.The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and N2 adsorption-desorption technologies.Their water adsorption capacity and regeneration performance which were determined with static weighing method compared with other common desiccants at different relative humidity(RH).Results showed that the process of the preparation of composite desiccant was just a simple physical mixing process,and it didn’t produced new substances.The moisture adsorption rate at low relative humidity(RH=11%)was 16.10%,and the moisture adsorption rate at high relative humidity(RH=75%)was 46.77%,the equilibrium moisture adsorption quantity was 0.31 g/g from dynamic adsorption.The desorption efficiency of the composite desiccant was better than other common desiccants at different desorption temperatures.The prepared composite desiccant could be generated at the lower desorption temperature,and its repeated moisture adsorption was still favorable.
