摘 要:本文在区域经济政策的发展与调控,及宏观经济系统的背景下,综合其被控对象在诸多文献中所建模型特点,研究了一类不确定非线性时滞系统的全局镇定控制问题,所研究系统的非线性条件满足下三角结构且含有时滞参数。利用一类线性采样输出反馈控制器,在一线性观测器基础上构造了一种具有可调增益的线性输出反馈控制器。所提出的控制律与观测器是离散的、线性的、无记忆的,因而易于在实际应用中实现。所设计的控制器为区域经济政策的调控对象和宏观经济系统的控制决策研究提供了有力的理论证明和决策依据。Under the background of the development and regulation of regional economic policy and macroeconomic system , the global stabilization control problem for a class of uncertain nonlinear time-delay systems is studied in this paper. The nonlinear conditions of the system satisfy the lower triangular structure and contain time-delay parameters. Using a class of linear sampled output feedback controllers , a linear output feedback controller with adjustable gain is constructed based on a linear observer. The proposed control law and observer are discrete , linear and memoryless , so they can be easily implemented in practical applications. The designed controller provides a powerful theoretical proof and decision-making basis for the study of the control object of regional economic policy and the control decision-making of macroeconomic system
