对外开放对利率效应的影响机理研究

摘　　要：对外开放被认为是影响利率效应的重要因素之一。通过对外开放对利率效应影响的理论分析,证明了对外开放与利率效应之间存在一种递减关系,即对外开放度越大,利率效应越小:利率的产出效应随着对外开放度的提高而不断减弱,利率的价格效应随着对外开放度的提高而不断放大。在对外开放条件下,不管是通过财政政策渠道,还是通过货币政策渠道,利率下降在短期内具有明显的产出效应,总产出会增加,有利于促进经济增长和就业;但在长期内,利率效应将趋于中性状态,利率的产出效应只是暂时性增加了总产出和就业,利率效应最终会释放到价格水平持续上升的放大效应上。Opening to the outside world is considered to be one of the important factors Influencing the effect of interest rate. By opening up to the theoretical analysis of the interest rate effect, proved that the opening to the outside world and there is a diminishing relationship between interest rate effect, namely the growingly opened, the greater the interest rate effect: the smaller the output effect of interest rate with the increase of foreign openness and weakening, rates of price effect with the improvement of foreign openness and constantly enlarge. Under the condition of opening to the outside world, whether through the fiscal policy channel or through the monetary policy channel, the interest rate drop has obvious output effect in the short term, and the total output will increase, which is conducive to promoting economic growth and employment. But in the long run, the interest rate effect will tend to be neutral. The output effect of interest rate only temporarily increases the total output and employment, and the interest rate effect will eventually release to the amplification effect of the continuously rising price level
