摘　　要：制造业信息化是制造业转型升级的必然趋势和重要路径。本文选择2007-2016年中国制造业相关数据为样本,从信息供给和信息需求两个维度选取十个指标,基于主成分分析方法测度了我国制造业的信息化水平,从供给侧视角,以新产品销售收入作为技术创新指标,从行业整体层面和区域层面实证分析了信息化水平对于制造业技术创新的影响,主要得到以下结论:第一,从行业整体层面来看,信息化可对制造业技术创新产生显著正向影响,信息化具备较强的技术创新溢出效应。第二,从区域层面来看,信息化对于制造业技术创新的影响存在一定的区域差异,东部地区信息化对于制造业技术创新的提升作用最强,中部地区次之,西部地区最弱。第三,基于指标替换和分时间段估计的稳健性检验结果佐证了本文结论的可靠性。最后针对本文结论提出了相关的政策建议。Manufacturing informatization is an inevitable trend and important path for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. In this paper , we select ten indicators from the two dimensions of information supply and information demand ,and measure the informatization level of China's manufacturing industry based on the principal component analysis , with the data of China's manufacturing industry for 2007-2016. Then we take the new product sales revenue as technical innovation index , and analyze the impact of the information level on the technological innovation of the manufacturing industry from the overall level and the regional level. The results show that: First , from the overall level of the industry , information technology has a significant positive impact on the technological innovation gap of manufacturing industry , and informatization has a strong spillover effect of technological innovation. Second , from the regional level , there are certain regional differences in the impact of information on the technological innovation of manufacturing industry. In the East , the information technology has the strongest effect on the upgrading of manufacturing technology innovation , the second in the central region and the weakest in the western region. Third , the robustness test results based on index substitution and time interval estimation support the reliability of the conclusion. Finally , the relevant policy suggestions are put forward in view of the conclusion of this paper
