资源倚重型经济结构变迁路径及其绩效评价——以山西为例

摘　　要：作为资源倚重型区域经济的典型代表,山西经济结构的调整实践具有重要意义。本文在总结改革开放以来山西产业就业结构与劳动生产率变迁轨迹的基础上,采用转换-份额分解模型将经济总体以及各产业劳动生产率增长率中的结构效应分解出来。通过整体与过程的结构效应贡献率分析,表明产业结构调整在改革开放以来山西经济效率提高的过程中起了非常重要的作用。同时这种作用随着市场经济的日益发展而逐渐减弱,说明结构调整的难度越来越大,当前山西经济结构进一步优化需要克服更大的困难。As a typical representative of resource-dependent regional economy,the adjustment of economic structure of Shanxi province is of great significance.Based on the summary of change track of Shanxi's industrial employment structure and labor productivity since the reform and opening up,this paper disintegrates the structure effect of the whole economy and the growth rate of labor in various industries by shift-share Analysis.The whole and the structure effect of contribution analysis shows that industrial structure adjustment in the process of economic efficiency plays a very important role since the reform and opening up in Shanxi Province.With the increasing development of market economy,the gradually weakening effect illustrates that the structural adjustment become more and more difficulty,the current Shanxi to further optimize the economic structure need to overcome more difficulties.
