摘　　要：2008年金融危机席卷全球。在此期间,欧美国家出现了一种新型的经济模式——共享经济,并逐渐获得了人们的广泛关注。随着2013年滴滴与快滴数十亿的价格补贴战,共享经济逐渐走入大众视野。经过几年的摸索和发展,共享经济在我国国民的衣食住行各方面都给人们带来了深远影响。政府在社会主义市场经济中具有重要作用,但传统的政府治理模式在共享经济快速繁荣的背景下,已逐渐显出弊端,传统经济与共享经济的竞争日渐激烈;传统的政府治理将共享经济的"分享"、低成本等特性逐渐模糊;某些行业在共享经济模式下的经营没有完善的政府配套政策,给社会秩序埋下隐患。随着越来越多的问题出现,政府运用传统的治理手段及一贯的治理态度,已不能为共享经济在我国的发展提供保障。共享经济在我国尚有较大的发展空间,对于行业的管理升级、去产能、增加国民收入、实现绿色生活等方面都有重要意义。探索出适合我国共享经济发展的政府治理之路,充分发挥其给经济、社会带来的效益,为共享经济的发展提供保障,为政府治理能力提高注入动力。In 2008 global financial crisis,a new type of economic model--sharing economy,has emerged in European and American countries and gradually attracted widespread attention.Along with the price subsidy battle,which amounts to as much as billions of RMB,between Didi and Kuaidi,sharing economy began to catch public attention.After several years of exploration and development,the sharing economy has influenced every aspect of Chinesedaily life.The government plays an important role in the socialist market economy.However,under the rapid development of sharing economy,the traditional government governance mode has gradually shown its drawbacks.Competition between traditional economy and sharing economy is increasingly fierce.Traditional government governance would blur the characteristics of sharing economy such as"sharing"and low cost.Some industries do not have perfect government supporting policies under the mode of sharing economy,which buries hidden dangers to the social order.With more and more problems appearing,the government cannot guarantee the development of the sharing economy in our country by using the traditional means and consistent attitude of governance.Sharing economy in China still has a large space for development,which is of great significance to upgrade industry management,reduce excess capacity,increase national income,and realize green life.Exploring a suitable path of government governance for China's sharing economic development,give full play to its economic and social benefits,provide security for the development of shared economy,and inject power into the improvement of government governance capacity.
