产业转移下产业集群跨区域创新合作研究述评与展望

摘　　要：国际产业转移、对外产业转移与国内产业转移对中国产业发展的影响表明,中国构建和延伸以己为主的NVC可实现中国产业升级和区域协调发展,有利于中国产业集群在GVC上的攀升,然而其重中之重是按产品内分工原则加强东中西部产业集群跨区域创新合作。以往研究主要从产业集群跨区域创新合作具体行为实现的角度探讨产业集群跨区域创新合作的内涵、系统、绩效、模式、运作机制和政策。未来研究应以中国构建和延伸以己为主NVC的更广阔视角,展开对东部沿海和中西部产业集群产品内分工原则下创新合作与协同的研究。本文对以往相关研究分别作出述评,并提出东中西部产业集群跨区域创新合作今后的研究重点和趋势。The influence of international industry transfer, foreign industry transfer and the transfer of the domestic industry on the development of China industry shows that constructing and extending to self oriented China NVC can realize industrial upgrading and coordinated regional development, and contribute to rise of China’s industrial clusters in GVC, but the priority among priorities is to strengthen cross regional innovation cooperation among industrial clusters of the eastern, central and western regions according to the principle of intra product division of labor. The previous research is carried out mainly from the perspective of the implementation of the specific behavior of inter regional innovation and cooperation in industrial clusters. The study of 6 aspects about connotation, system,performance, modes, operation mechanism and policies of cross regional innovation cooperation of industrial clusters were introduced.The future research should take broader perspective to build and extend China’s NVC based on its own. The research on innovation cooperation under the principle of intra product labor division of industrial clusters in the eastern coastal, central and western regions is carried out. The estimations of the previous research are separately worked out in the paper. The future research priorities and trends of cross regional innovation cooperation among industrial clusters of the eastern, central and western regions are put forward.
