摘　　要：目的探究紫杉醇药物涂层球囊治疗老年冠心病患者原发病变的疗效和安全性。方法研究对象为便利选取该院2016.年1月—2017年12月收治的80例老年冠心病患者,将其采用随机数字表法分成治疗1组与治疗2组,40例治疗1组采用紫杉醇药物涂层球囊治疗,另40例治疗2组采用雷帕霉素支架治疗。探讨实施不同治疗策略对治疗效果、心脏不良事件的影响,评估其疗效以及安全性。结果治疗1组治疗后心绞痛发作持续时间短、次数少(P<0.05);治疗1组治疗率(97.50%)高于治疗2组(87.50%)(χ~2=7.207,P<0.05);心脏不良事件发生率治疗1组(5.00%)显著低于治疗2组(15.00%)(χ~2=5.556,P<0.05)。结论将紫杉醇药物涂层球囊治疗应用于老年冠心病患者时,能显著改善临床症状,提升疗效,且安全性更高,有效避免支架植入策略的弊端,心脏不良事件发生率更低,此方法值得应用与推广。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of paclitaxel coated balloon in the treatment of primary lesions in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The study subjects were 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to December 2017.They were randomly divided into treatment group 1 and treatment group 2,40 patients treated with paclitaxel drug-coated balloon,and 40 patients of the treatment group 2 was treated with rapamycin stent.To explore the effects of different treatment strategies on treatment outcomes,adverse cardiac events,and to assess their efficacy and safety.Results After treatment,the duration of angina pectoris was shorter and less frequent(P<0.05).The treatment rate of treatment group 1 (97.50%) was higher than that of treatment group 2 (87.50%)(χ^2=7.207,P<0.05);The event rate was significantly lower in the treatment group 1 (5.00%) than in the treatment group 2 (15.00%)(χ^2=5.556,P<0.05).Conclusion When paclitaxel drug-coated balloon therapy is applied to elderly patients with coronary heart disease,it can significantly improve clinical symptoms,improve efficacy,with higher safety.It can effectively avoid the drawbacks of stent implantation strategy and lower the incidence of adverse cardiac events.The method is worthy of application and promotion.
