子宫腔填塞纱条联合欣母沛治疗疤痕子宫产后出血的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析疤痕子宫产后出血应用子宫腔填塞纱条联合欣母沛治疗的临床疗效。方法方便选择该院2016年1月—2017年6月收治的82例疤痕子宫产后出血产妇,根据治疗方法不同分组,分析两组的治疗效果情况。结果经治疗后观察组产后2 h平均出血量(217.04±40.83)mL,产后24 h出血量(290.05±53.19)mL,出血量均显著少于对照组(t=4.274,t=4.092,P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为(39/41)95.12%显著高于对照组(32/41)78.05%(χ~2=6.225,P<0.05)。结论子宫腔填塞纱条联合欣母沛在疤痕子宫产后出血治疗中具有较好的止血效果,促进子宫收缩快速止血,有效减少产后出血量,稳定产妇病情,提高治疗效果,是疤痕子宫产后出血的理想治疗方案。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of uterine cavity gauze and Xinmupei in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of scar uterus.Methods Eighty-two women with postpartum hemorrhage of scar uterus admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were convenient selected.The treatment effects were analyzed according to different treatment groups.Results After treatment,the average blood loss(217.04±40.83)mL was observed in the observation group at 2 hours postpartum,and the bleeding volume was(290.05±53.19)mL at 24 hours postpartum.The bleeding volume was significantly lower than that in the control group(t=4.274,t=4.092,P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group(39/41)95.12% was significantly higher than that of the control group(32/41) 78.05%(χ~2=6.225,P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine cavity gauze combined with Xinmupei has better hemostasis effect in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in scar uterus,promotes rapid hemostasis of uterine contraction,effectively reduces postpartum hemorrhage,stabilizes maternal condition and improves treatment effect.It is postpartum hemorrhage of scar uterus,which is an ideal treatment plan.
