摘 要:目的分析用右美托咪定与咪达唑仑对行全身麻醉的患者实施镇静治疗的效果对比。方法该次研究方便选取的患者例数为40例,入院治疗时间为2016年4月—2017年5月,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者用咪达唑仑进行镇静治疗,观察组患者用右美托咪定进行镇静治疗,然后比较两组患者在5个时间段的患者HR(心率)、BP(血压)、BIS值以及拔管的时间。结果观察组进行麻醉诱导HR(54±10)次/min、BP(93±10/57±7)mmHg、BIS(50±7),气管插管时HR(56±10)次/min、BP(91±10/55±6)mmHg、BIS(49±10),对照组进行麻醉诱导HR(65±12)次/min、BP(101±9/62±9)mmHg、BIS(57±6),气管插管时HR(67±11)次/min、BP(97±10/57±8)mmHg、BIS(54±11),观察组在进行麻醉诱导和气管插管时HR、BP结果比对照组慢,BIS结果比对照组低,两组患者在使用药物前,手术结束后,以及拔出气管导管时HR、BP、BIS相比(t=1.71,P>0.05),观察组拔管时间(5.5±1.2)min,对照组拔管时间(7.8±2.4)min,观察组拔管时间明显短于对照组(t=3.94,P<0.05)。结论说明用右美托咪定对行全身麻醉的患者实施镇静治疗的效果更显著,能够缩短患者手术后的拔管时间,增加血流动力学的稳定,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the effects of dexmedetomidine and midazolam on sedation in patients undergoing general anesthesia.Methods The number of patients convenient selected in this study was 40 cases.The time of admission was from April 2016 to May 2017.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with midazolam for sedation.Observation group was treated with dexmedetomidine for sedation,and then HR (heart rate),BP (blood pressure),BIS values,and time of extubation were compared between the two groups of patients over five time periods.Results The observation group underwent anesthesia-induced HR (54±10) times/min,BP(93±10/57±7)mmHg,BIS(50±7),HR (56±10) times/min,BP(91±10/55±6)mmHg,BIS during tracheal intubation.(49±10),the control group received anesthesia-induced HR (65±12) times/min,BP(101±9/62±9)mmHg,BIS(57±6),HR (67±11)times/min,BP(97±10/57±8)mmHg during tracheal intubation,BIS(54±11),HR,BP results in the observation group were slower than the control group during anesthesia induction and tracheal intubation,BIS results were lower than the control group,the two groups of patients before the use of drugs,after the end of surgery,and the removal of tracheal tube When HR,BP and BIS were compared (t=1.71,P>0.05),the extubation time of the observation group was (5.5±1.2) min,and the extubation time of the control group was (7.8±2.4) min.The extubation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.Control group(t=3.94,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of dexmedetomidine on sedation in patients undergoing general anesthesia is more significant.It can shorten the time of extubation after surgery and increase the stability of hemodynamics.It is worthy of clinical application.
