他汀类药物在临床用药中的安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨他汀类药物在临床用药中的安全性。方法便利2016年2月—2017年12月该院收治的172例口服他汀类药物的患者为研究对象,回顾性分析患者临床资料,分类统计患者用药相关不良反应类型、发生时间及发生率,观察转归情况,评价药物使用安全性。结果 6例患者用药他汀类药物期间出现不良反应,包括肝转氨酶升高4例,头痛失眠1例,腹泻1例,不良反应发生率3.49%,平均症状出现时间(35.2±14.1)d。肝转氨酶升高予以保肝药物,头痛失眠及腹泻予以停药观察,患者症状均消失,继续服用他汀类药物未再复发,预后良好。结论他汀类药物不良反应发生率较低且症状较轻,安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。但为进一步保证用药安全,临床用药仍需严格把握指征,坚持合理规范,同时加强药学监测,以降低不良反应风险,提高用药质量。Objective To investigate the safety of statins in clinical use.Methods From February 2016 to December 2017,172 patients with oral statin in the hospital were enrolled.The clinical data of patients were convenient retrospectively analyzed.The types,incidence and incidence of adverse drug reactions were classified and analyzed.The situation was evaluated for the safety of drug use.Results 6 patients developed adverse reactions during the administration of statins,including 4 cases of elevated liver transaminases,1 case of headache and insomnia,1 case of diarrhea,3.49% of adverse reactions,and the average time of onset of symptoms(35.2±14.1)d.The liver transaminase was elevated to protect the liver.The headache,insomnia and diarrhea were stopped.The symptoms disappeared.The statin continued to relapse without recurrence.The prognosis was good.Conclusion The incidence of adverse reactions of statins is low,the symptoms are mild,and the safety is high.It is worthy of clinical promotion.However,in order to further ensure the safety of medication,clinical medication still needs to strictly grasp the indications,adhere to reasonable standards,and strengthen pharmaceutical monitoring to reduce the risk of adverse reactions and improve the quality of medication.
