布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床疗效。方法方便选取在2016年1月—2017年12月两年时间内来该院治疗的小儿支原体肺炎的患儿132例,随后分为常规治疗组(66例)与布地奈德组(66例)。该院医师对常规治疗组患者采取静脉注射用药或口服药治疗等常规治疗方法,而医师对布地奈德组患者采取布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。结果布地奈德组与常规治疗组患者的发热、肺部啰音、咳嗽等临床症状消失时间、住院时间、CRP以及PCT等数据具有显著差异,前者[(3.84±1.13)d,(5.13±1.52)d,(5.59±2.14)d,(9.34±2.14)d,(8.3±2.7)mg/L,(0.18±0.03)ng/mL]显著优于后者[(4.53±1.32)d,(6.82±1.54)d,(7.66±2.12)d,(14.51±3.16)d,(13.2±3.6)mg/L,(0.32±0.06)ng/mL],数据对比差异有统计学意义(t=1.33,2.30,1.96,2.32,3.62,3.59,P<0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床疗效显著,值得进一步推广。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of budesonide inhalation in the treatment of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia.Methods A total of 132 children with pediatric mycoplasmal pneumonia who were treated in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were convenient selected and enrolled.The patients were divided into the conventional treatment group (66 cases) and the budesonide group (66 cases).Our hospital doctors used routine treatments such as intravenous or oral medication for patients in the conventional treatment group,and physicians took budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment for patients in the budesonide group.Results There were significant differences in the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms,hospitalization time,CRP and PCT between the budesonide group and the conventional treatment group.The former [(3.84±1.13)d,(5.13±1.52)d,(5.59±2.14)d,(9.34±2.14)d,(8.3±2.7)mg/L,(0.18±0.03)ng/mL] was significantly better than the latter [(4.53±1.32)d,(6.82±1.54)d,(7.66±2.12)d,(14.51±3.16)d,(13.2±3.6)mg/L,(0.32±0.06)ng/mL],the data were statistically significant (t=1.33,2.30,1.96,2.32,3.62,3.59,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of budesonide inhalation in the treatment of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia is significant and worthy of further promotion.
