模块式护理干预对鼻内镜术后患者疼痛和焦虑的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜术后患者应用模块式护理干预对减少疼痛与焦虑的作用。方法方便选取2017年1月—2018年3月该院耳鼻喉科98例鼻内镜手术患者为研究对象,依据护理方法不同分为实验组(模块式护理干预,49例)和对照组(常规护理,49例),以疼痛数字评分法(NRS)和汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMD)评估两组术后疼痛及焦虑情况。结果实验组术后第2天NRS评分(3.5±1.6)分,第3天NRS评分(2.0±0.7)分,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.15,4.78,P<0.05);实验组术后第1天HAMD评分(9.7±4.0)分,术后第2天HAMD评分(7.5±3.2)分,术后第3天HAMD评分(6.2±1.7)分,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.08,4.62,4.93,P<0.05)。结论模块式护理干预可有效减轻鼻内镜术后患者的疼痛及焦虑,对提高患者生活质量、促进早期康复具有积极作用,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of modular nursing intervention on reducing pain and anxiety in patients after endoscopic surgery.Methods From January 2017 to March 2018,98 patients with endoscopic surgery in the hospital were enrolled in the study.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into experimental group (modular nursing intervention,49 cases) and control group (conventional nursing,49 cases),postoperative pain and anxiety were assessed by pain digital scoring (NRS) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMD).Results The NRS score (3.5±1.6) points on the second day and the NRS score (2.0±0.7)points on the third day after operation were statistically significant (t=0.96,4.15,P<0.05);the HAMD score (9.7±4.0)points on the first day after operation,the HAMD score (7.5±3.2)points on the second day after operation,and the HAMD score (6.2±1.7)points on the third day after surgery.The difference in the control group was statistically significant (t=4.08,4.62,4.93,P<0.05).Conclusion Modular nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the pain and anxiety of patients after endoscopic surgery,and it has a positive effect on improving patients' quality of life and promoting early rehabilitation.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
