摘　　要：在"一带一路"国际合作高峰论坛中,"冰上丝绸之路"作为蓝色经济通道,被正式纳入"一带一路"倡议总体布局。"冰上丝绸之路"作为连接亚洲、欧洲以及北美洲的最短航道,其被誉为"国际海运新命脉"。在不断促进北极国家和近北极国家全方位合作进而实现互利共赢的过程中,机遇与挑战并存,我国贸易既迎来了巨大的发展空间和机遇,也面临着地缘政治、贸易通道以及生态环境等方面的巨大挑战。During“the Belt and Road”international cooperation summit,“the Ice Silk Road”,the blue economic channel,is officially incorporated into the overall layout of"the Belt and Road",initiative.As the shortest route connecting Asia,Europe and North America,“the Ice Silk Road”is honored as the“new lifeline of international shipping”.Opportunities and challenges coexist In the process of promoting all-round cooperation between arctic countries and near-arctic countries to achieve mutual benefits and multiple wins.China's trade has not only ushered in huge development space and opportunities,but alsofaced great challenges which are in term of geopolitics,trade channels and ecological environment.
