摘　　要：随着我国国民经济的快速发展,以及居民生活水平的不断提高,人们对旅游方式的要求也更加多样。而民宿作为一种新型的旅游接待设施,必然会不断地改变其方式和内容,来迎合旅游者的需求,使之成为一种重要而独具特色的乡村旅游目的地。本文对高淳地区陶瓷文化的现状、民宿项目市场以及行业市场情况进行分析,提出相关发展建议,希望能对民宿行业的发展发挥积极作用。With the rapid development of China’s national economy and the continuous improvement of residents’educational level,people’s demands for tourism are more diverse.As a new type of tourist reception facility,residential accommodation will inevitably change its way and content to cater for tourists’needs and make it an important and unique rural tourism destination.This paper analyzes the current situation of ceramic culture in Gaochun area,the market of residential projects and the market situation of residential industry,and puts forward some opinions and suggestions,hoping to help the development of residential industry.
