摘　　要：甲板机械底座调平精度在甲板机械安装时非常重要,直接影响到设备的使用,上海振华重工同一项目一期、二期两条3 000 t起重铺管船1 100 kN定位绞车安装时分别使用的传统金属垫片和浇筑环氧树脂垫块,文章通过对实际设计和施工的两种垫片工艺和特点进行研究比较,综合得出各自的优缺点。The base leveling accuracy is very important in deck machinery installation,directly affecting the usage of equipment.The 1100kN winches on the two 3000t lifting pipe-laying vessels of ZPMC projects of first and second stage use the traditional metal gasket and epoxy resin pouring pad in installation.Through two kinds of gaskets for practical design and the construction of comparative study,the paper concludes that the respective advantages and disadvantages.
