红色文化融入地方高校大学生创新创业教育的探索

摘　　要：培养创新创业人才已是当今地方高校的主要发展趋势。创新创业人才需要具备坚定不移的信念,团结协作的合作精神,开拓进取的创新精神,敢于面对挫折与失败、刻苦奋进的精神等。红色文化是在中国革命、改革、建设过程中形成的先进文化,蕴含着坚定的理想信念、集体主义精神、创新精神等,有利于当代大学生把握创新创业的正确方向,找准自己的定位,发挥团队优势并在创新创业中打开新的思维方式,找到解决问题的新方法。红色文化承载着大学生创新创业的优秀品质,将红色文化融入地方高校大学生创新创业教育,具有重要的意义。地方高校可以通过红色文化进课堂、红色文化实践活动、结合红色文化开展创新创业大赛以及建设红色文化教育网络平台等措施来推进地方高校大学生创新创业教育。Today the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is the main development trend for local colleges and universities.Innovative and entrepreneurial talents need to possess the unwavering conviction,spirit of cooperation and cooperation,pioneering and enterprising spirit of innovation,courage to face setbacks and failures,and hard work.The Red Culture is an advanced culture formed in the process of Chinese revolution,reform and construction,which contain firm ideals and beliefs,collectivism spirit and innovative spirit.It is beneficial for the contemporary college students to grasp innovation and entrepreneurship,to find their own position,to use the team strengths and open up the new ways of thinking in innovation and entrepreneurship.Therefore,it is of great significance to integrate Red Culture into the development of local college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education.By analyzing the challenges faced by local colleges and universities in innovation and entrepreneurship as well as the outstanding quality of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship carried in the Red Culture,it is proposed that the Red Culture to enter the class,practice activities,combining the Red Culture with the innovation and entrepreneurship contests so as to build an education network of the Red Culture to promote local college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education.
