摘 要:利用Cu_2O微球修饰玻碳电极研究了土霉素的电化学行为,发现土霉素的氧化是一个受吸附控制的一质子、一电子参与的不可逆过程.在pH 4.8HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,开路富集180s后利用方波伏安法发展了高灵敏检测土霉素的电化学方法,线性范围为0.5~210"mol/L,检出限为0.15"mol/L(R_(SN)=3).该方法用于测定动物源食品中土霉素,回收率介于97.4%~107%之间.The electrochemical behaviors of oxytetracycline on Cu2O microspheres modified glassy carbon electrode were studied, and it was found that the oxidation of oxytetracycline was an adsorption-controlled, one-proton, one-electron, and irreversible process.In pH 4.8 HAc-NaAc buffer solution, an electrochemical method with high sensitivity was developed for the determination of oxytetracycline by using square wave voltammetry after an open-circuit accumulation at 0.4 V.The linear range was 0.5~210μmol/L and the limit of detection was 0.15 μmol/L ( RSN = 3).Finally, this method was applied for the determination of oxytetracycline in animal -derived food, and the recoveries were between 97.4%~107%.
