摘　　要：本文提出在精准识别、精准治疗、精准脱贫的"三精准"基础上,通过"基本医疗服务+基本医疗保险+政府医疗救助+社会组织帮扶"模式,给予所有因病致贫返贫人员一站式的帮扶服务。On the basis of precise identification,precise treatment and precise poverty alleviation,this paper proposes to provide one-stop assistance services to all people who are poor because of illness through the mode of"basic medical services+basic medical insurance+government medical assistance+social organization assistance".
