摘 要:为了最大限度利用风能和太阳能,文章利用光热电站的储能功能及可以灵活调度的水电站来平抑风电的随机波动性。以最大限度减少弃风及联合发电系统的经济效益最大化为目标,建立了风-光热-水电系统优化调度模型,采用含驻留粒子的粒子群算法对调度模型参数进行优化,仿真验证了该调度模型和算法的可行性。研究结果表明:文中所提出的风-光热-水电系统优化调度方案可以有效地平抑风电峰谷差,在保证电力系统安全稳定运行的前提下最大限度的提高了电力系统接纳风电的能力,同时减少了水电站出力波动,有效提高了电力系统整体的经济效益。In order to maximize the use of wind energy and solar energy,this paper used the energy storage function of photothermal power plants and hydropower stations which can be flexibly dispatched to suppress the random fluctuation of wind power.Aiming at minimizing wind abandonment and maximizing economic benefits of combined generation system,an optimal dispatching model of wind-photothermal-hydropower system was established.Particle swarm optimization(PSO)with resident particles was used to optimize the parameters of the scheduling model.The simulation results verified the feasibility of the proposed scheduling model and algorithm.The results showed that the optimal dispatching scheme of windphotothermal-hydropower system proposed in this paper can effectively suppress the peak-valley difference of wind power,maximize the capacity of power system to accept wind power while ensuring the safe and stable operation of power system,and reduce the fluctuation of output of hydropower station.The overall economic benefits of the power system wereeffectively improved.
