摘 要:电网状态检修由状态检测、状态评估和优化决策三个环节组成。为提高检修经济性,文中针对处于异常状态的电网设备,提出考虑电网资产贬值成本的检修决策方法。这种方法在计及常规费用的同时考虑了资产贬值费用,运行损耗等附加费用,对各种成本的时变特性进行综合权衡,在最小成本点安排最优检修时间。算例采用额定容量(500kV、250MVA)变压器,发生低温过热现象后的检修为例,将本文提出的检修策略结果与定期检修对比,算例仿真结果表明,文中所提出的方法具有更优的经济性。Power grid condition-based maintenance consists of three parts:state detection,state evaluation and optimization.In allusion to the power grid equipment in abnormal state,in order to improve maintenance economy,the paper presents a kind of decision-making method for maintenance based on comprehensive cost analysis.This method comprehensively considers maintenance costs including fixed maintenance cost,additional cost of emergency maintenance scheduling,additional cost of equipment state deterioration,and so on for equipment operation,and some failure costs such as asset depreciate cost and operational loss cost.By analyzing time variation characteristic of different costs,it determines the final maintenance time of the equipment according to the minimized total cost of maintenance.Taking maintenance case of 500kV and25 MVA transformer in one substation after suffering low temperature over-heating for an analysis example,it com-pares maintenance cost of this method with costs of emergency maintenance strategy and regular maintenance strategy.The results show that in the premise of obeying the maintenance principle,the total cost of this method is the least which means significant economic advantage.
