摘　　要：预料不到的技术效果一直是创造性审查中的焦点和难点,如何厘清预料不到的技术效果与显而易见性之间关系是讨论已久的问题。在高分子化学领域中,由于表征手段多样性,往往会出现一个手段对应多个效果的情况,增加了显而易见性和预料不到技术效果判断的难度。本文以案例为依托,分三个层次论述高分子领域的审查中多个技术效果与显而易见性之间关系。Unexpected technical effects have always been the focus and difficulty in inventiveness examination.In the field of polymer chemistry,as to the diversity of test characterization methods,resulting in technical means corresponding to multiple technical effects,increasing the judgment difficulty of unexpected technical effects against the obviousness.This article discusses the relationship between several technical effects and obviousness in patent examination in the field of polymer chemistry.
